Gently padded & shape-stable – when fabric needs a bit more support

For projects that can handle a pinch of volume and a bit more body without losing suppleness, Vlieseline H 630 comes into play. This lightly padded, approx. 3 mm thick fleece can be ironed on directly and ensures that everything stays where it should while sewing. Ideal if you want to create bags, clothing, or quilting beautifully and stress-free – with a soft touch and without a stiff look.

Indispensable for 

• Projects that require light volume – e.g. tiebacks, thin quilts, patchwork and quilting projects

• Warming clothing such as blousons, jackets, light coats

• Collars or hoodie hoods that should have some body without appearing stiff

• Cosmetic bags, bags, or accessories – especially if you want soft feel + structure

• Fabrics from light to medium weight (woven fabrics, cotton, linen, etc.)

• Can be used as a substitute for Pellon 987 F

Special features

• Cotton-soft, thin volume fleece with a protective adhesive coating

• One-sided adhesive – simply iron on and fix

• No shifting of the padding while sewing – for clean results

• Ideally combinable with other interfacings: e.g. first a layer of S 320 for structure, then H 630 for body. Or with canvas: H 200 underneath, H 630 on top for optimal effect

Care instructions

• Washable up to 40 °C on a gentle cycle

• Dry cleaning possible

• Always test first on a fabric scrap, especially with specialty fabrics or dark colors
