Starry by Ruby Star Society is a modern blender series featuring hand-drawn star motifs loosely scattered across the fabric. This collection was designed to function as a structural companion fabric in patchwork and quilting projects – versatile, understated in design, and ideal for color-harmonious compositions.

Moss is a muted moss green with golden stars. Earthy, calm, and modern all at once. This shade has a stabilizing effect in layouts and provides a secure frame for bold colors.

What the fabric is suitable for

This fabric works particularly well for:

• large quilt backings, if you want to give your quilt a warm, natural reverse side with subtle movement
• clearly defined border or sashing elements to visually ground bright prints
• patchwork bags with leather details, where Moss acts as a calm counterpoint to strong accents

When combined with Citron, it creates a fresh, botanical look. With Saddle or Natural, it becomes calmer, almost Scandinavian.
