Lightweight Quilt Batting – flexible, dimensionally stable, and pleasant to work with

This fine quilt batting is a true all-rounder for modern quilting projects. It combines good dimensional stability with pleasant lightness – perfect if your quilt should drape softly without losing structure.

Thanks to its fine thickness of approximately 3–4 mm and approx. 120 g/m², the batting is particularly easy to work with. Whether by hand or machine: Quilting is effortless, with a recommended quilting distance of 15 to 20 cm.

You receive the batting from us conveniently pre-cut.
Please note that your batting should be 10 cm larger on each side than the quilt top.

Ideally suited for:

• Quilts that are washed frequently
• Wall hangings and cushion covers
• Lightweight apparel
• Summer sleeping bags or light baby blankets

After quilting, the batting is easy to care for:
Washable at 40 °C, tumble dry on a gentle cycle, and ironable at a medium setting.

For a good feeling while sewing: The material is OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified and thus tested for harmful substances – guaranteed free of formaldehyde, pesticides, chlorinated phenols, or phthalates. Made in France.
