Project Proposal #1 | Oversized Quilted Tote
You will need:
Oversized Quilted Tote – the generous project bag that carries everything: Works in Progress, a stack of books, beach day essentials, or your weekly groceries. Three simply quilted panels, a fully lined interior, and comfortable fabric straps make it a practical (and beautiful) companion. Finished size: 26″ × 19″.
For this project suggestion, we've put together a serene watercolor palette from Fableism Watercolor Wovens – yarn-dyed woven fabrics with a vibrant, shimmering surface:
- Bluebird – soft blue for the dominant stripes (Color 1)
- Cashmere – warm cream as a calm background
- Bubblegum – delicate pink accent (Color 2)
- Cobblestone – grounds the design as a grey base
- Sea Moss – muted green for the straps
- Opal – delicate light blue for the lining
Also, Vlieseline G700 for stable straps and Vlieseline 276 Cotton Quilt Batting for a soft, quilted feel. All quantities are preset in the ingredient list below – you can adjust, deselect, or replace each item with fabrics from your stash.
