Odif Odicoat Gel – fabric coating in a 60g pouch for creative projects with protection factor

You love fabric – but sometimes it needs to be more durable? With Odif Odicoat Gel, you can instantly transform cotton fabrics into wipeable, water-repellent textiles with a oilcloth effect. Whether for tablecloths, bags, aprons, or waterproof cosmetic pouches – the gel protects against UV rays, dirt, and moisture without making the fabric stiff or brittle.

Now new in a handy 60g pouch – perfect for trying out, gifting, or taking to sewing camp!

Ideal for smaller projects or as an introduction to the world of coated fabrics. 

🛠 Application:

1. Use a base & fix fabric

2. Apply gel with a card or brush (on ironed fabric)

3. Work in thin & even layers – preferably in several coats

4. Let dry:
   – approx. 2 h for simple application
   – 2nd/3rd layer: after 30–60 min (when dust dry)
   – Last layer: let dry for at least 12 h

5. Fixing:
   – Iron on wool/silk
   – Baking paper or cloth in between

6. Afterwards, the fabric is sewable, cuttable, and wipeable

💧 Washable at 30 °C on a gentle cycle.

  – Tablecloths, bags, aprons, lunch bags, backpacks, wet bags
  – Placemats, cases, pencil cases, cosmetic bags
