Katia's "moon" laminated TPU fabric with mirror effect is a coated bag fabric with a highly reflective, mirrored surface. It gives bags, toiletry bags, and accessories a modern, striking look.

The fabric consists of 80% polyester and 20% polyurethane (TPU coating) and is approx. 67 cm wide. With a weight of 626 g/m², it is one of the heavy, very robust bag fabrics that are dimensionally stable and ideal for structured projects.

Due to the TPU coating, the material is flexible, yet durable and largely water-repellent, making it particularly suitable for bags, cosmetic bags, wallets, clutches, backpacks, and protective covers. The mirrored surface creates a "mirror-lacquer" effect that reflects spectacularly depending on the light.

When sewing, Katia recommends a Microtex or SUK ballpoint needle size 80/90 and, if possible, a Teflon foot or sewing from the wrong side or with paper under the fabric so that it feeds better. This creates clean seams without the fabric sticking to the machine.
