The cotton fabric Katia - Purest Cotton Big Stripes by Katia Fabrics is a soft interlock jersey made from 100% organic cotton (GOTS certified). It is hypoallergenic, chemical-free, and biodegradable – making it an honest choice when sewing clothes for sensitive skin. The striped pattern in off-white and light brown makes it inherently ready for design.

With it, you can sew cozy baby clothes, rompers, bodysuits, and T-shirts – everything that is worn directly on the skin and should be as gentle as possible.

The fabric feels pleasantly soft and, due to the interlock knit, lies stably in the hand without appearing stiff. It stretches slightly, gives way when worn, and drapes nicely – exactly what babies and toddlers need.
