Fine, strong and almost invisible – the Aurifil Cotton 50wt is the quiet hero in the sewing room. This thread glides effortlessly through cotton, linen or batiste and leaves precise, barely noticeable seams. Ideal when your fabric should take the spotlight – not the seam. The characteristic orange spool holds around 270 color dreams: from delicate pastels to dramatic deep blues. Whether in patchwork, delicate appliqués or as a faithful companion for English Paper Piecing – the 50wt shows how much elegance is in a fine thread.
Cool, smoky and full of character – Swallow recalls the elegant plumage of a swallow. A medium gray with a bluish undertone, perfect for contrasts on light fabrics or as an unobtrusive all-rounder.
