BOHIN professional couture scissors are designed for long-lasting, precise cuts during intensive use and are suitable for all common sewing tasks, from cutting to fine trimming. The 26 cm version cuts even the heaviest materials precisely and easily. An all-round model for dressmakers, quilters, and professional hobbyists, it is very comfortable to handle for short to medium cuts.

Thanks to ergonomic, "full" handle rings, the scissors fit well in the hand, have sufficient weight for stable cuts in densely woven or heavier fabrics, but remain light enough for versatile use.

• BOHIN professional tailor's shears 26 cm (blade-heavy tailor's shears, right-handed model)

• Blade material: Stainless steel with titanium coating for protection against corrosion.

• Blade thickness: approx. 3.5 mm for increased cutting power.

• Design: full "tang" construction - the blades extend into the handles, making the scissors more stable.

• Shape: slightly curved (coudée) blade shape so that the blades stay close to the table and the fabric does not need to be lifted during cutting.

• Handle: ergonomic plastic/full rings, specially for right-handers or people who cut with their right hand.

• Area of application: all types of fabric from very light to thicker materials (patchwork fabrics, denim, coat fabrics, etc.)

Application & Care Instructions

• Only use for fabric (not for paper, film, etc.) to protect the cutting edge.

• Keep dry if possible; although the titanium coating protects against corrosion, moisture should still be avoided and the scissors wiped dry if necessary.

• When not in use, store scissors closed and protected, do not drop them and do not use them for prying.
