If you want to be absolutely sure your quilt size isn't an outlier and the binding will definitely be enough, only a small calculation is needed. It won't take five minutes and won't hurt, I promise.
Measure the length of your quilt and the width of your quilt. Add both together.

Example:

Your quilt is 1.55m wide and 1.86m long.
Calculation: 1.55 + 1.86 = 3.41
Now look for the row in the table where you find your calculated value*. In my case, row 3 - Throw.
The size mentioned there will fit your project, no matter what it's called.
