With Echo, Ann Lauer has designed a collection that speaks quietly but appears loud. Fine, organically flowing lines resemble sound waves, fingerprints, or shadows in nature – and the design moves exactly between these: modern, rhythmic, meditative. The fabrics are perfect as structured fillers but are also strong enough to shine solo. Whether as a background, accent, or calm point – Echo brings depth to the project without imposing itself.

Black – classic & powerful

Echo – Black is the dark soul of the collection – powerful, clear, and incredibly versatile. The deep black is enlivened by the subtle line structure that shifts like fine shadows in the light. This makes the fabric never appear flat but gives it an almost graphic depth – perfect for modern quilts and statement projects.

As a structured solid, Black is ideal for contrasts, elegantly frames colorful prints, or serves as a calm background that makes other colors shine. And: Compared to smooth solids, it is much less prone to dust and threads – especially practical when sewing!
